The LFC staff is happy to help you plan a party at the Club by reserving picnic space, games, equipment, and grills.
Groups of ten or more are asked to schedule a reservation with the manager as soon as plans are finalized; parties will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please print out, complete, and personally submit the LFC Party Reservation Form to a Pool Manager to confirm your request.
Parties larger than 50 are subject to LFC Board approval. Requests should be made at least three weeks in advance. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Members will be required to use a guest pass for every non-member regardless of the size of the party.
To ensure the safety of all swimmers, the Club may need to charge an additional fee to cover extra lifeguards ($15 per hour, per lifeguard). If more than 20 non-member guests attend, the fee will apply, and will vary depending on the total number of non-member guests, the number of swimmers, the ages of guests attending, and the length of the event. This payment is due in advance, and serves as confirmation of the event. Refunds will be given if cancellation notice is provided within 48 hours of the party, or if there is inclement weather on the day of the event.
