Pool Hours
The pool may remain open past 9:00 PM on unusually hot evenings at the manager's discretion.
In the event of thunder or lightning spotted in the area, the pool will be closed and the deck area must be completely cleared for a minimum of 30 minutes and until such time as the manager on duty feels that it is safe and appropriate to reopen. Pool closings and reopening updates will be posted on the front page of the website.

At 4:15 PM for set-up for home swim meets. On evenings when we host home swim meets, LFC members may attend the opposing team’s pool while ours is closed. The pool will not reopen after home swim meets except by manager decision on unusually hot evenings.
Parts of the pool and deck will be closed when we host home dive meets. At 4:30 PM, we will move deck furniture to create viewing areas. At 5:00 PM, the diving well and lanes 5-8 will close; the shallow end through lane 4 as well as the baby pool remain open during home dive meets. The closed areas of the pool reopen after home dive meets; typically before 8:00 PM (check the website banner for specifics).
At 7:00 PM if the air temperature is below 70 degrees and attendance is low.
